Resetting your thinking
Confused and overwhelmed by your feelings
Unsure why you are behaving in unpredictable or obsessive ways
Bothered by your thoughts, over-worrying, anxious, in a panic
Lacking in confidence, self harming or socially anxious or uncomfortable
Sad, moody, depressed, even having suicidal thoughts
Struggling with your attitude to food
Always on edge or out of sorts with yourself and the world around you
Facing a new stage in your life - exams, new school, uni, internship, new job
Worried about friendships, love life or just out of sync and trying to fit in… Finding life really difficult
Did you know…
Your overwhelming feelings, thoughts and resulting behaviour all interact to create a vicious circle which can make your life seem hard to control and your thoughts and moods impossible to break away from.
But making small changes to reset how you think and you are on your way to breaking out of the vicious circles which can seem to dominate your life.
Research shows that a new thought can be created in 4 days and existing thoughts can be changed in 21 days.
“My daughter has suffered since her early years with high anxiety and acute selective mutism, to the extent that she found attending school very difficult, particularly in Year 6. At a very low ebb I therefore sort advice from Karin who was wonderful. She immediately put my daughter at her ease and understood her issues immediately. Then during the course of the following sessions she then provided excellent advice and gave my daughter sensible ideas to help her understand her condition and formulate strategies to overcome her anxiety. I would therefore highly recommend her to anyone with similar problems.”
— Mother of daughter aged 10
Thank you for teaching me how to understand what is out of my control and how I can accept it.

Karin spotted exactly what sort of help I needed through her relaxed and personable sessions, tailoring exercises so that we could target specific fears and anxieties that I had. Since then I have become a lot more confident and happier!

After my sessions with Karin, I felt I had a lot more clarity in myself and in my thoughts. I really enjoyed the getting to learn about the tools she helped me to use and I still use them in my every day life. In person and Zoom sessions were a great way for me to get a better understanding of CBT and how to put this into practice in my busy working day. I has really been an amazing thing to learn.
